REMOVING AND INSTALLING HOOD/BONNET
WARNING: Danger of injury!
Support engine hood in fully opened position with suitable apparatus.
IMPORTANT: Removal of the hood/bonnet must be carried out with the
assistance of a
second person.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove fan cowl with electric fan
Remove alternator drive belt
Remove drive belt tensioner
NOTE: The procedure is the same as for the crankshaft radial seal.
Expose removal openings on seal
