CAUTION: Do not damage adjoining body parts.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove front bumper trim.
Remove wheel arch cover at front.
Remove trim for cover on side member.

General information
When the trailer socket is occupied, the tailgate
cannot be opened with the vehicle key or with
the button in the car's interior.
The upper tailgate will be opened to the configured
opening height.
