00 9 323
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Open storage box
Unclip trim (1) with special tool 00 9 323 at retaining points (2).
Disconnect associated plug connections.

Press locks (1) together and press AUX connection so
Removing And Installing/Replacing Both Left Solenoid Valves
(N62/N62TU)
(cylinder bank 5 to 8)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Read out fault memory of control unit of Digital Motor Electronics (DME)
Switch off ignition
Remove design cover, if equipped.
Unlock hose on tank venting valve and disconnect.
NOTE: Solenoid valve (1) controls adjustment unit on inlet side.
