Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove rear differential.
Remove rear axle carrier and if necessary with other workers assisting
set down on a suitable surface.
Remove bra
Lowering/Raising Rear Axle Carrier (Special Tool SWZ00-2040)
Special tools required:

Necessary preliminary tasks:
Mount securing fixture for vehicle on lifting platform
Remove rear wheels

Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific procedure.
Remove or cover those vehicle components in the repair area which are
susceptible to heat or dust.
Use only approved spot-welding apparatus for repairs!
Following new body parts are required:
Glass sunroof
General information
The glass sunroof and the sun protection are operated
using the same switch.
The glass sunroof can be opened from the outside
with the vehicle key and also closed with
Comfort Access.
With Comfort Access: The glass sunroof can be
closed from the outside via Comfort Access.
