IMPORTANT: For reasons of driving dynamics, the rubber mounts may only
be replaced in
pairs (refers to left and right control arms)!

Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove servomotor from right eccentric shaft.
Remove right cylinder head cover.
Remove all spark plugs on cylinder bank 1 to 4.
If necessary, remove remove fan cowl.

Replacing Seal For Slide/Tilt Sunroof Lid At Rear
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Open glass slide/tilt sunroof
NOTE: Follow repair instructions for bonded seals on glass slide/tilt
sunroof.
Detach seal (1) from slide/tilt sunroof lid.
Installation:
Clean bonding surface with adhesive remover (sourcing reference: BMW Parts
Service).
