BMW X5: Engine Suspension

REPLACING RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT (N62TU)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screws (1) and remove engine mount (2). Tightening torque 22 11 1AZ.

Installation:

Holes (1) in engine mount must point to middle of vehicle.

REPLACING LEFT ENGINE MOUNT (N62TU)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screws (1) and remove engine mount (2). Tightening torque 22 11 1AZ.

Installation:

Holes (1) in engine mount must point to middle of vehicle. See Fig. 2.

REPLACING RIGHT ENGINE SUPPORT ARM (N62TU)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screws and engine support arm.

Tightening torque 22 11 3AZ.

REPLACING LEFT ENGINE SUPPORT ARM (N62TU)

Release screws (1) and (2) and remove engine support arm. Tightening torque 22 11 3AZ.
