View cameras in combination with the corresponding
equipment enable the display of the
vehicle's surroundings on a mobile device.
The function displays a momentary view of the
situation.

System limits of the sensors

Functional limitations
The system may not be fully functional or may
not be available in the following situations:
- With a door or the tailgate open. Dark fields in
the display indicate areas that are not recorded
by the system.
- With manually folded in exterior mirrors.
- When other camera functions are being performed
in the vehicle.
- When the vehicle moves faster than walking
speed.
- It may not be possible to use the function in
every country.
- For reasons of data protection, the function
can only be used three times within two
hours.
